Through Talent Trainer, the agency that I work with in Paris, I've had the opportunity to meet this group of such incredible people that are so complementary in every way!
What started off as the idea of a concept, resulted in the realisation of this magnificent weekend that we decided to call #WECANBOX
As the name states, the boxing/kickboxing classes are essential to the program. But there is so much more to this weekend:
We want people to be inspired to try new things, step out of their comfort zones, to feel inspired to take on life in different ways. Simply put: to nourish mind body and soul.
Therefor, to complement the boxing classes we do Yoga and meditation with the excellent coach Louise Duby @wellnessbylouise. Trust me she is not your ordinary yoga teacher! Louise also does all the cooking for the weekend, obviously healthy and organic food. You can expect cosy dinners, great breakfasts and a spectacular brunch at the end of the weekend!
4 times world champion, and former UFC fighter Cyrille Diabaté gives a seminar on mental strength. This seminar will help you see yourself in a different light, as well as give you the tools to make positive changes in your life.
French Kelly Bessis @kellybessis is an inspiration to many because of the interesting life journey she's made. She has used sports as well as mental strength and awareness to radically change her life for the better. A true guru I'd say! Besides being this amazing person, she is also a heck of an organizer, and without her this project would not have fallen into place.
So all these great people and and activities come together in a chateau from 1800th century that left us all speechless when we saw it the first time! Barely 2 hours from Paris, in Bourgogne you can find this treasure. If you can't find some inner peace and serenity here... well it's just not possible. Even the girls with jobs that shoot their stress levels through the roof felt the serenity pretty instantly and managed to feel relaxed.
To give you a short summary of what this weekend consiss of here's a little schedule followed by a bunch of pictures (Note that the times on the schedule aren't exact. This weekend is made for YOU, and we want you to fully relax and feel at ease . There is nothing mandatory but you'll notice that is a pretty good set up as the weekend goes along!):
15:00 Arrival followed by a little tour of the chateau and a snack consisting of some delicacies that Louise puts together
16:30 Kickboxing class with me for 1,5 hours.
19:30 Aperitif and mingle in one of the saloons

When everyone's showered had a snack and packed, we leave with a big fat smile!

After dinner we had our entertainer @clemofficial giving us a little preview of the show she was going to put up for us the night after. She's so talented!

After training we had yet another super cosy dinner with great food and long conversations until it was time for Clem to perform for us we where all in awe..
Sunday morning started with a yoga class followed by brunch, and can you believe that I barely took any photos?!! Man I promise they'll come!
After brunch it was time for Cyrilles seminar
I want to say thank you to all the girls that participated. You made such an impression on me with your will to learn and positive attitudes. The adventure continues, I promise! Big kisses!
