Morning!

I usually have smoothies in the morning, saves time, easy and healthy. I put different things in them depending on when I'm going to eat next meal, and how long I have before my first training session (I have time to digest it properly cause I don't like training or fighting on a full stomache) 

This baby contains frozen banana, rasberries, dates, almond milk, oats and protein powder. I actually season it too with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon!

I had a little pedicure done yesterday, my toes are looking all cute :)
