I recovered pretty quick from that vicious flu, it was 12 hours of hell that faded completely after 24 hours.
I was back to training with the guys the day after, yesterday that is. We worked on giljotines and sprawls, different drills and ended up with sparring against.
Before I got sick I managed to get some rehab done. I've been having some back problems, more specifically: compressed discs and lacking back muscles that compensate for the front. So I'm doing a bunch of back exercises, and Cyrille got me some patches to put on the sore area. They get kinda hot wich is supposed to make the muscle relax and they've actually helped a lot. I'm bringing a bunch back to Sweden.
