Resting

The importance of REST is crucial when you train hard. If you don't rest you don't get out the result that you want. And that applies to ANY sport. 

The times I haven't paid enough attention to this I've regretted it. Not only a sore body, I start to lack concentration and feel weak in training since my muscles aren't fully recovered. 

lack of sleep can not be fixed with all those supplements that people love so much!
