Today's morning session consisted of boxing and focusing on a lot of footwork and head movements.
We worked different techniques involving switching to pretty unorthodox stands.
A tip for those of you who just like training: use weights in your hands when you shadow box.
Need less to say that after running 3 km barefoot yesterday, and then sparring and then today skipping rope along with these exercises with all that foot work my calves are sooooore. I'm using this that I got in Thailand to relieve the muscles a bit. Works like a charm!
