This is a dessert I recommend to treat yourself with!
It contains no ingredients that can upset your stomach, bloat it etc.
You can also feel completely guilt free digging into this little banana delight since it contains no raffined sugar and all the ingredients are nutritious in different ways (good fats, vitamins, calcium and so on).
3 very ripe bananas (the more dots the better)
1 can of coconut milk
1 fist cashew nuts
1 fist of dark chocolate pieces
Cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla(optional but highly recommended!)
A pinch of salt (optional)
Mix/blend banana and coconut cream seperately. Add the rest of ingredients, taste it, and put in freezer at least 4 hours.
Tip! Let the ice cream defrost a little before served!
