So as I told you guys before, I'd be training during my vacation.
Todays session ended with some pad work and then shadow boxing in the sunset.
The climate is very nice since it hot but still breezy. Ergo, you don't end up like a hot mess.
Stay tuned cause I'll be sharing the recipe for what I eat for breakfast during holidays that keeps my tummy non bloated. And NO it's no frikkin skinny tea! Drinking lots of water, training and eating well is the solution!
