A while ago i posted a healthy ice cream recipe, but I've found one far more simple and tasty!
So for two small portions all you need is:
- 2 Ripe bananas
- A cup of frozen blueberries
Cut the ripe bananas into a few pieces and put them in the freezer over the night.
When you take them out - wait until they're slightly softer. Blend them with the frozen blueberries - SERVE!
- If you don't like blueberries and you want to "hide" the taste of banana - add some vanilla extract to the frozen bananas before blending. I assure you that it tastes like vanilla icecream
- You can also give it a gingerbread flavour with: cinnamon, cardamom and gillyflower (nejlika)
