I had one of my typical breakfasts today:
- dried fruit and nuts
- 1/5 banana
- optional: coconut pieces
- green tea
A lot of energy and keeps you full until next meal. AND of course, no diary or any other animalistic products!
For me it's also important that it's quick. I don't like spending tons of time on my breakfast and losing beauty sleep! Ain't nobody got time for that!
Those extra 10 min... Man they're important. Without them I'm the Tasmanien devil when I wake up.
