If you're a B&J cookie dough lover it's A W E S O M E.
The recipe contains coconut sugar, which is cool and all, but really it's not thaaat much better than regular sugar (I've been reading about a bunch of articles about it, it's promoted to be a super product like coconut oil when it really isn't). I'd recommend using dates instead. Just squish them nicely and blend them in the mixture.
What I love about this recipe is that it's so simple to go by eye measurements. Plus you can tweak it as you go along. I rarely make any dishes exactly as a recipe, theyre just inspiration.
