Long time no seen!

Ah ma gaaad!! It's been like forever!

It feels like catching up with an old friend that you want to tell everything and you don't know where to start

Like maybe my fight a week ago? Or that I've found some new inspiration for cooking? I do this really weird thing when I'm on a diet: some people might call it torture, but when I'm dieting that's when I look for new recipes! It's kinda sick I know. My friends always laugh at me cause they see me liking the SHIT out of Instagram food accounts. It works for me ok, don't judge!

Anyways, I'll let the photos leading up to the fight and some pics from the D day do the talking:

On our way to Sweden. Airport food is DANGEROUS when dieting. Bring your own!  Salad and 3 eggs. Yeah that's right. That was IT.

Breakfast for champs. My bf made me a smiley, and it ACTUALLY cheered me up!

Stripping at the weighins

52,25kg (fight was at 53kg) so obviously I had no problem making weight. However, I will let you in on what happened before though: like 4 days before the fight I was at 54,2. We where like "pffff this is a piece of cake", CHILLIN! Ok, so what happens? I stay on the same weight for 3 days. And I start to stress, cursing at my body for making me go for a couple of more runs than I wanted to. The day of the fight I get my periods, which obviously explains it all. I had completely NOT calculated that being a female would interfere in the weight cut. I had forgotten that I was one, and that I had to keep that little detail in mind... cause otherwise if you control how you eat and train you can pretty much calculate what you'll weigh every day. Fortunately the adjustments where fine, but I was completely dramatic obviously... I'm Latina after all haha

We went out after the fight but I have no pics unfortunately! When there's gaps in my blog it's probably on my insta stories @c.rivarola !

The day after I got treated to this... it was on my list of "what to eat after my fight". However I dunno how you are after a diet, but I've gotta be careful with eating like a pig cause I get a heartburn If i go nuts.

That will be all for today, I'm off to train soon. WORK WORK!
